Below is a great example of deep-space connection, similar to that which we try to access through processes such as “earth as peppercorn”. Thanks to relativity, the image is also touching on Deep-time, as the further away we look, the more ancient is the journey made by the light we see. The image is Logarithmic scale conception of the observable universe with the Solar System at the center, inner and outer planets, Kuiper belt objects, Alpha Centauri, Perseus Arm, Milky Way galaxy, Andromeda galaxy, nearby galaxies, Cosmic Web, Cosmic microwave radiation and Big Bang’s invisible plasma on the edge. Distance from Earth increases exponentially from the center to the edge. Celestial bodies are shown enlarged to appreciate their shapes. Pablo Carlos Budassi, CC BY-SA 4.0, via Wikimedia Commons
