First of all, perhaps you should explain the question and answer format of this paper.</p> <p>A. It’s an approach I’ve seen used elsewhere (Wilber 1996). It seems to offer a clear and interesting way of presenting ideas, so I&rsquo;ve decided to use it here.</p>
